Time is money to some people.

And I'm very happy that we have quite some time to ourselves to finish up Escapade project. I have planned out a rough schedule for my group, but I want to make it flexible so that we will have a smooth workflow.

Today I kinda lepak a bit lol. The only thing I did was to sort out stuff for my portfolio and further fix my rig up before I relaxed. I had some more fun with my joysticks (OMG sounds so wrong....) and yep, I still kinda suck at using it. It got so bad I had to change my entire starting lineup of characters. I even hanged out with Jeffrey and Jimmy again at night for dinner and did some small shopping of our own.

2moro I will be finally in drawing and sculpting class. I missed the previous one cause I was ill, so hopefully I learn some stuff. Man, my hatred for drawing's back once again, but we'll see how I can handle it!

Sanwa

HELL YES.

Its been a painful 400 dollars, but I have finally managed to land my hands on what may be the best joysticks I can find in Singapore. The brand is Sanwa, but sadly I couldnt find the right model on google pics, so I couldnt show it.

However, the company who made the arcade sticks is famous for making REAL arcade machines like this one on top, where they are played by thousands of ppl all around the world. So I think these joysticks that I have will last for a friggin' long time huh haha. I'm so happy >=D I will post the photos soon.

Today was a suprisingly hard day to wake up. I just couldnt get my head lifted off the pillow for some strange unexplainable reason.

Portfolio lesson was plain boring as usual, and ANS1 was rather dry as well, but I did take in some notes for good time management.

And our team will embark on the project for Escapade! The deadline has been extended and so far, everything is going by our way.

Its late, so I'll play some more with the arcade stick before I sleep. I feel so noob after getting the arcade stick because I cant do my normal combos anymore, let alone the advanced ones. D= Haiz..... train so much, in the end still like that....

Good Ol' Pressure

Anyway, 2day I admit that I made a huge blunder by not contacting Angela and Sonam to not come to school for ANS1. It just slipped my mind that I should tell them, cause the usual drawing class that they are supposed to take, is switched to animation studio class. And it so happens I shifted them out of my contacts list.

To add on, I made a rig that really looked amateur. Yes, its the previous one I posted yesterday. Well, after I saw how awesome Mr Jamie's rig was, I found that mine was just simply inferior compared to his. Its really one of those things that make u go : "Omg..."

My ANS team is going to embark on a challenge, which I hope they have the same mindset as me : Take up any challenge that comes along the way. I have strong faith in my entire group and I believe we can do pretty much the inpossible. I opt to take up the Escapade thingy where we need to model, rig and animate. Sadly, the deadline is next monday, and I have yet to get any details on the project. This will be a remembrance of the tight schedule I had to adhere to while I was working on an external project during the holidays.

And yes, I'm paid. =D I'm not trying to be proud or anything, but its one of the rare times when I had actually done something in return for some good cash.

I will lepak tonight, maybe finish up some more rigging, but shouldnt take more than an hour. Watch some new anime or do some weird cool shyt, I dunno lol.

For once, I'm actually feeling pretty happy today XD. God knows why lol.

Late Outing

Woke up to find myself rigging again. I enjoyed it though, cause I found some really good Jap hip hop songs to beat around with while mingling with the boring finger controls. I'm almost done, just that I'm left with the IK/FK switch. Thereafter, I only need to pay attention to the animation, thats all.

And did I mention that I'm real sad that man united fell badly to the rich rags of their neighbours? My god. 6-1. I dun wanna wear my Man United shirt out anymore. Seriously, a huge disgrace.

I went out pretty late today, around 5 plus to accompany Jeffrey and get his phone cover, while studying on a suspending bridge 5 storeys across Funan IT Mall. Pretty nice considering the fact that we can see everything below us.

Today was pretty much like any other boring day, but I managed to hang out a lil at least, not too bad for a Sunday. Its the 2nd week of the semester, so hopefully I can tahan another week's worth of hell.

This is a genuine toy that I saw in Bugis.

Power Rangers Samurai Villian.

Best villian ever. I wonder how the rangers can tahan the humungously huge chest spikes that she has. How she even fight with those things? I thought Katy Perry's whipped cream bra was bad enough. This was a million times worse. And made available for small children to play for a whopping 20 bucks.

And I heard that theres a toy broomstick inspired from the Harry Potter franchise, which vibrates that stimulates like you're really flying. And yes, more girls buy it than guys.... for all the wrong reasons. Apparently, there was this mum who bought the broomstick for her 16 year old girl as a present and a guy commented: "Congratulations! You have bought your first vibrator for your daughter!"

This is some serious shit going on.

Anyway, today I was busy working on the stupid lizard rig.

I went out to dinner with J tan and Jimmy. We had a rare fun time together while having dinner, cause we had to consider how hectic J tan's study schedule is.

There was this auntie who was sitting beside us, and she randomly commented that the way I handled the chopsticks was extremely gentle. I was O.O cause I thought I was rather aggressive in the way I behave, not to mention table manners that can make the other party eating with me facepalm.

I thanked her for her nevertheless wonderful compliment and cautiously ate with a guilty conscience lmao. Honestly, I couldnt eat in peace all the way. Lol.

I should sleep soon. Gotta get all the sleep I can during the weekends before I go for another week's of intensive hell.

Cold Frenzy

Perhaps I have wished too much for cooler weather in singapore.

Yes. My cold got worse till my nose became a continuous flowing stream of dripping yuckiness. I was sneezing and blowing into my handkerchief the entire day, my god.

I went out with Kian Nam to buy some shirts for him, but my cold affected me so much, I was pretty much emotionless and restless all the way. Lucky, I was able to hold on until he came over my home and played some Halo Reach to lighten me up.

I'm planning to rest tonight, before I rev up from 2moro onwards to do work for the lizard rig and help find fyp sources. I'm really contented that Karen is still having me in her plans, cause I felt insecure every now and then, but I'm more at ease after I got the green light to hunt opportunities for our group to work on. With this, and on top of the fact that the rumours of my kidnapped friend were scrapped as bullshit, I can sleep much much better tonight. God bless him.

Hopefully, I'll feel better 2moro. I should catch some early hours of sleep. Catch ya guys~

Calamity

Today was really uneventful, cause I was ill. I had a sore throat, that almost led to a fever had I not visited the doctor asap. I'm still surprised as to how I could still get my lazy ass to the doc.

Anyway, the medicine was drowsy, so I spent half of my day resting. My family was exceptionally noisy today, so I couldnt really get a good sleep. The baby cousin came over and wrecked havoc, my other 2 cousins too, my aunt's the usual loudspeaker and my grandma added fuel to the fire. My head was in a mess.

I found out that today we were supposed to draw each other's faces, and sculpturing class was just watching a video, so to put it, I didnt really lose out much.

I'm feeling much better, so I hope I can get to school 2moro morning. It would be bad if I missed out 2moro's classes anyway.

I'll go back to rest again, since my cousins have left. Catch ya later~

Sparkles and Plasters

Blogger had an overhaul and I'm still trying to adapt to the new dashboard.

Today I had a couple of mixed feelings. Bahrul earlier on told me about the "new" groups we'll have for ANS1 and I wasnt sure what he meant at first until it was our class's turn this morning.

We were handed papers each and I was actually reluctant to write my name on Wan Ying's paper lol, cause I figured I should be with Karen and co. However, Bahrul's words echoed in my mind, further confusing me as to what I'm supposed to do. In the end, the papers with our names, were deposited into a box and we will be split into random groups from the luck of the draw.

I thought luck was really down on me these days. I lost contact with a friend whom I heard rumours he was kidnapped overseas, I got hit by a friggin' vehicle, almost screwed up my external project and almost got hit by the glass plane of my bathroom door. If the same cards again slapped me all over my face, I wouldnt be too surprised.

But surprise wasnt the word I'll use when I received my group members from the draw.

Ming Hai, Hafeez and Karen.

I think the best word to use would be erm.... speechless?

Of course, I did get a little nervous as names were gone one by one. Steph and Grace were gone, Nabilah too. Yes, I wanna try working with Nabs, but nope, not this time.

And I breathed a huge sigh of relief when I wasnt in Qi Hui's group, cause no matter who the other 2 members are in the team, it would be rather.... awkward even though I submit myself to explicitly separate friends who I work with, and friends who I party with. Still, good luck to him, cause admittedly, hes handling whats undoubtedly the hardest group to handle. No hard feelings.

So, yes, I am extremely very very happy with my team. Karen's a reliable person, and I have no doubts over her skillsets. Ming Hai can cover up my weakness in drawings and give a little laughing kick once in a while, and I think this is the best chance to let Hafeez shine. What else can I complain about?

For my first psychology lesson, I found Tracy waiting outside the same class and my was she elated when she saw a familiar face. She's much nicer than I thought and I found myself getting lost in her jumpy conversations.

Psychology was boring. I was trying my very best to pay some attention to the lecturer, but shes sooooooo long winded. I mean, why the heck do you tilt your lesson, from psychology to singapore politics? I couldnt care less already when TPL visited my house and shook my hand, let alone care about the happiness index of Butan or whatever weirdass country it is when she mentioned about it.

After hearing some stuff on the way home, I suddenly feel even more insecure about certain stuff. I will push myself further by working harder and stifling out any competition that is presented to me. Many of my friends outside of school who knows my marks last sem told me to retain it, and though I know its very much impossible cause of my drawing, I will work towards it and I will not tolerate anything below 3.75.

One of my teachers once gave me a hint to find out that something happened to one of my classmates, and that I should talk to her, but I didnt really know what was his true intention.

I only found out today, but it seems she's fine with it. =/ Oh well.

Today's class was rather nice cause we just laid back and listened to portfolio lesson. Relaxing indeed.

I'm asking Jimmy to come over my home to have overnight MVC3 soon this weekend. =D Its gonna be crazy lmao.

And my stomach's grumbling like mad. I guess I have to go to sleep with an empty stomach for 2moro's 9am class. ~~~~

I procastinated for the whole night today. I opened my maya file but I didnt even touch it. As usual, I went to watch some stupid youtube videos that I dun usually watch. Maybe I wasnt in the mood after finding out about the incident mentioned earlier.

Hell Over Again

Its been months since I've come back to rake this blog up alive. I haven't really been in any good mood to breathe out anything online. But since the past sem is gone, holidays are gone, lets continue the new sem with some fresh stuff!

Today was the first day of school. I almost entered the station while I received an SMS that I didnt have morning drawing classes~ Went back home and I tried to sleep but to no avail lol.

And so I went to Ang Mor class instead. It was crazy. His accent was surprisingly ok, consistently made funny noises and didnt mind blurting out expletives in response to maya's tantrums. I was also surprised that I can follow along his teaching speed, which I was at first a little wary after Michelle's comments about him.

Well, the only thing that I found a bitch to do was... yes... the god dang hypershade again. Even Mr Jamie was making weird noises when the hypershade was screwing with him. Sibei funny.

I went home alone today, and it was pretty weird considering that I always went back with the usual lads, but class 2 sprinted off when Mr Jamie said class was dismissed, while the usual Darren and co. left too.

I got my assignment today, and it was to rig some lizardy warrior in 2 weeks. I hope everything will go alright, cause ang mor did it in half a day. And I'm surprised that I need to learn Mudbox to model instead of using Maya. I hope I can live up to what J tan said about the fact that I am a quick and flexible software user, even though my drawings are a big hooha.

I pre-ordered Halo Anniv and UMVC3~~~~ <3 I will kill myself in November either because of too much workload or too much intensive training on Vergil / Ghost Rider haha.

K, that will be all for today. I gotta start doing the rig. Start fast, finish fast. I will talk more about my holidays in time to come, and hopefully, I will keep posting stuff here on my blog.

Comic Streaks

I hate storyboarding T.T

I mean, yea, I love reading comics and stuff, but with no solid examples of storyboards, I have no idea how to do, and as a result, coupled with my pathetic drawing skills, it all concluded to the wonky unstable work of mine that at first I was pretty satisfied with it until Grace today didnt understand what I drew. I suddenly feel pretty disappointed in myself, but then again, keeping my hopes high, I shall consult Mr Yap for assistance.

I handed in my 3DAF on friday, and yes again, I was a lil kaypoh in the fact that I tried helping class 2, but I think I only added on to Bahrul's burdens of the IK FK switch technique =_(. Oh well, who cares, its over and we had a hell of a time playing L4D2 at that night. I wanted to upload my 3DAF here, but its a friggin 1.3 gig file, and the mp4 version's quality is far too shitty nope nope.

Saturday was literally spent on playing Maplestory on facebook, which I quickly grew tired of cos it aint possible to see friends, though one can fight alongside them for a few rounds~~~. I also did a bit of storyboarding draft sketches, but I only did 20 plus frames b4 i went to hyper tetris mode and sleeping off on my bed.

And yes, today's events were rather unexpected. Instead of fetching my aunt from Thailand, or studying out with J tan, I ended up with chionging VST with Grace. Well..... chionging seems to be a rather perculiar word lol, cause we played Tetris and slacked off "diligently". But looking back, while with her, I astonishingly managed to finish up the entire draft of the storyboard, which is a whopping 80 plus frames. Yes, it may not be considered friggin' long, but I felt like as if I spent 5 years doing that pathetic crap.

I'm thinking of asking Joshua to come over to my place 2moro night and ton with him Halo Reach for the entire National Day, but if he aint coming, its gonna mean I have time to compress for VST. God argh I hate it so much, but I guess some things should be done for the sake of doing it.

My keyboard's getting sticky, so I shall go and clean it, so cya guys next time~~~! Sorry for not posting these days. As usual....

Canadian Visit

Just when I thought today will just be like yet another ordinary day of VST and MTR, Joshua popped out from nowhere from Canada and came to my school to find me.

AWESOME!~~~ XD

I brought him around the school, to the labs, FC5, moberly and the main library too. I introduced him to Karen, Grace, Darren, Joshua v2, Wan Ying and even Mr Iswan oh my gosh oh my gosh. Both Joshua and Iswan were born in Indonesia and went to Canada to further studies GARRRR.

Joshua even sat in for MTR lmao. I'm quite surprised he can sit through without getting bored at all lol. I mean it, his eyes were always that big wtf.

I sent him home after the lesson and I continued doing work with Grace b4 we ate Macs and go home.

I downed a bottle of Caramel Starbucks earlier on to do work, but it doesnt look like Starbucks' coffee is helping me in waking my stupid brain up. Guess I should sleep soon.

Well, what can I say.

I didnt expect yesterday's activities to go pretty nicely.

The early stages wasnt too nice though.

As the parents' forum was happening at the same time as our bonding day, some of our station areas had to be shifted elsewhere. To add on to the problems, the ushers at the event wore SP tees too - exactly what I instructed the senior EXCOs to do, which made me a little unsure as of whether the juniors will know where to find us.

Expectedly, people came in late, and since Grace thought that she and Karen looked like fools while trying to signal people to our gathering site, Samantha and I had to do it instead, and I had to leave the attendance taking as well as the ribbon distribution to the Steph and co. The thing is, Steph herself was probably either still in waking-up mode or she was unsure of what to do. From afar, I could see Khidir handling crowd control and shifting them to the main event area at the umbrella place. I may be wrong though. Kudos to the people who had to cut ribbons and take attendance together.

If it doesnt get any messier, while helping Khidir to push the whiteboards to the place, lord knows what happened, but firstly, I received news that the umbrella shaped place is occupied by people, but I had no clue as to exactly how serious was the problem. Then, I heard that the EXCO ppl on that side were unsure of what to do.

As I was nearing, I told Vanessa to get them to settle down on any area left at that place first. And for some funny reason, we actually had enough space beside the gym to accomodate the entire cohort of juniors and seniors, just that perhaps if we split them down further, space will definitely be an issue.

Forgive me, but I'm confused too. A few weeks earlier, Steph was appointed the IC of this event, so I'm guessing I will be her assistant. People in the EXCO still think that I'm the IC so I'm like lollollol. Things got a lil weirder cause even Sabrina knows more than Steph as to whats going on yesterday. So to me, its really both a WTH factor and a Wow moment.

It got a lil better after that, I guess haha. Wacko was carried out in 4 random groups, I took one of them, Bahrul, Steph and Carrie took the other 3, while K & G helped reshuffle the 10 groups.

For goodness sake, I suck at Wacko. I couldnt remember names, I couldnt make use of the space to run around, and the people themselves were having fingers pointing in some directions I couldnt conceive. When I eventually got to settle down after managing to whack the shit out of somebody, I had to stand aside for a while lmao. Samantha, Vanessa and Angela occasionally popped in for cameo appearances to make up for Fizah's solo antics in the almost all boys group.

After which, the messiest part of the event came in, when we sorted the groups into 5 or 6. We took nearly 10 - 15 minutes to arrange them, which was crazy. Even the teachers had to step in and help out. It was pretty embarrassing to have them assist us. D_=

And the fun came in, when the people started to spread out and play at the respective stations. For my Dog and Bone station, the funniest part was when Wan Ying's group comprising of Jose, and Ming Hai's group of Zoe and Ting Quan had a VS scenario. Jose acted like a bomb shelter by covering the cup with the chinese chess piece, and also as a sacrifical stakesman by hugging Ming Hai so as to prevent him from reaching the bottle. It was god damn hilarious too when Samantha screamed out all the "chio bus" to run out, and Ming Hai sprinted out like as if hes proud to be a chio bu lmao. I laughed my shit out.

We wrapped the event up by tallying the marks and announcing the results. The couple got the prizes lol. Pretty surprising eh? Thereafter, they got their lunch and they went home subsequently. I think they enjoyed themselves and I think this bonding day was pretty well done for the second half. Its enlightening seeing people adding each other in facebook this morning between DDA ppl.

I have to thank Steph for helping me see through all the loopholes I couldnt see though. She helped a lot for the planning (though it should be the other way round lollollol) but perhaps just that shes drained out by the day before's L4D2 in-lab game session.

Of course, the rest of them should deserve a standing ovation. Hiccups for us first-timers in organising such a big-scale event is hard to avoid anyway, so I think we all did a great job.

And as a result, some of us were treated to Swensens at Clementi Mall. And to reward myself for the unexpected success of this day, I bought her!!! XD

I shall call her Sasha. Idk why, but this bunny looks like one to me. She looks fatter than I thought O.O I may not bring her everyday cause admittedly she looks a bit weird on me. Lol.

Doesnt come cheap. She costs a whopping 50 bucks including her 15 bucks goggles. But I guess Zinc's wallets and other gears are impressively nice in terms of designs, so with the membership card I got from them, I can have discounts liao. No need to look for friends' help.

Swensens was pretty nice. I got to have a taste of their famed sticky chewy chocolate =D Ohhhh.... tastes so heavenly....

After which I got to chat (and eventually doze off because of the topic of anime) a hell lot, before I went to find J tan and have some good ol' times together and chat on life while having Fish & Co.

Their NY fish and chips was the jazz!!! They had cheese inside the fish oh my f-ing gosh. I think I can die~~~!

As the wait for my Dazzle continues, I guess I'll still be blogging for quite a while. I need to find other ways to get that god damn thing from overseas here already. Derp.

Ok, I gtg and do my work. I'm doing skinning, but I should be doing Tetris anyway. Not the game, the animation. D=

Internet's getting weird.

Tumblr's popping out of nowhere. Weirder and weirder short forms are sprucing out lol.

Yea. Today was a lil better than ordinary. We tried out games for 2moro's DDA bonding day, and the charades was crazily humorous lmao.

Supposed to reach home early, but I stayed back to chill (for one god dang once) by playing L4D2 with 6 other ppl. And though it was friggin' tiring after hours upon hours of gaming, it was pure fun. Dope I must say.

And yea, I did last minute work and I felt a lil bad to send to a pal to print out for me. I'm still cooking my dinner at this very minute.

Rigger for life?

Went through an important interview with Ahmad and Yitting today.

Well, yea, like what the title says, they say I'm pretty analytical and systematic in one way or another, and that i fit in as a rigger. Ahmad mentioned that riggers are the unsung heroes behind the production pipeline, and that without them, the animator will never be able to do the job well.

Riggers are the bridge between the animator and the character itself.

Wow.

Not that I'm inspired or anything, but I have this sudden surge of respect for riggers. Do I walk down the path as a rigger?

Mr Ahmad actually told me to put more time on my MTR than my 3DAF lmao. Its kinda weird for me, cause I dun really wanna tilt the level of importance to one module particularly as of now, I wanna do good in both.

And I'm quite saddened that I got B for both DLR and 3DAF. To be honest, I'm not too surprised about it, DLR has the occlusion screwing up my overall image, and 3DAF wasnt impressive in the very least. Its at the same time demoralising but also acted as a huge wake up call for me.

Whats causing my grades to slump so badly? Was it STARs? Was it EXCO? I have no idea. I need to find out why.

I'm currently trying to rig my character once again, but apparently, it aint working out too well. Apparently, I can't skin my character using my mac, which kinda sucks =/

Oh well, lets get back to work. Perhaps, just perhaps....

Braces

Today I saw Sab and Steph having new braces.

Now I dun really know why, but it kinda makes me feel a lil jealous. I mean, my family always had the belief that these kind of so called "little things" that aint important can be solved by myself, and that the money to get me these braces that I've always wanted can be earned next time when I get my new job.

Yea, I know. Kinda absurd. But I'm sad that they have this kind of thinking way. I have been demanding it since I was in secondary school. People often make fun of me, and even though all those hurtful insults slowly lost their impact on me over time, I kinda feel not confident. Oh well. Life goes on.

I went to PSB academy to learn of some portfolio-ing stuff. Well, in my honest opinion, it really doesnt really sound that important as most of the stuff are generally common sense and logic.

Taught Jackie a thing or two in Maya. And as expected he didnt do anything to his own model at all after I helped him on Thurs. I dun really feel motivated to help him at all, since his deadline's 2moro, and with his attitude, I really kinda got pissed. When I saw him in school, the first time I noticed was him typing stuff, and at once, I knew he wasnt doing Maya, he was god dang MSN-ing. It makes me feel like I'm wasting my time on him, but for a bro.... I guess some exemptions can be made...

Its just another week of schooling. Screw it. Lets get down to business.

And yea.... I spent some time earlier on discussing on food for bonding day, killed time off by watching some Rooster Shorts, Maximillian guides and other MVC3. I also downloaded some more japanese OP. The picture above with me wedged in between Dante and Nero has been changed to those 5 characters of UMVC3.

Ghost Rider's my character I'm looking forward to, She Hulk looks so strangely alluring, Dante is awesome as ever, X-23 is crazily fast, and lastly, Zero is well..... insane.

Still, I think my starting 3 is Dante, Deadpool and Sentinel. For now.

As the character list for UMVC3 expands I shall break it down here, since I finally have time for a breather. I think we have 12 of them. Lol. Long blog post today. No Nero though :(

Ho yea~

Ghost Rider is the dope! His moves are pretty cool, he plays long ranged, damage is very heavy and if you havent seen his awesome chainwhip specials, you should. GAHHHH~~~~ (Nosebleed) He'll be one of the characters to be first touched by me when the game comes out on November!!!

Vergil as a replacement for Nero? Why not haha. I havent really seen how this guy fares, but hes a popular kid for DMC series. As the brother of Dante, I'm guessing their fighting tactics should have some similarities, just that this kid leans more to swords than guns, compared to Dante. Also one of my first characters that I'll try out for UMVC3.

Ok. This is one of the most WTF characters. Rocket Racoon??? Why the heck of all characters from Marvel, they have to include this weird ass mammal in tights? It looks more like it should be a character in Smash Bros. Come on, really? You think this douchebag can win Hulk? Or even Arthur? Oh my farking god. What a waste of character slot when they could have put in people like Gambit, Moon Knight, Black Panther, Daredevil, Ms Marvel, Punisher, Elektra.....

And they have to put this faggot in....

Wow.

Phoenix Wright. I never expected him to appear in UMVC3. How they heck is he going to fight? I'm very curious as to how he'll kick She Hulk's ass haha. That way he'll beat her both in court as well as on the battlefield. Ho yeah.

Iron Fist. Hmmm..... interesting option from the Marvel side too.

Impervious to pain, master of unarmed combat, ability to heal, and can channel chi into his fists to knock people out, this guy can rape Haggar and even Sentinel for all we know lol. Though this guy isnt really that popular, I'm still ok with him because at least he looks decent. Save for a certain racoon...

Ah yes. Bringing in someone who knows a thing or two about zombies. Its like fusing MVC with L4D, just a lil less bloody, but much much more epic. I would be expecting him to have a similar fighting style as Chris Redfield, lashing out weird weapons and stuff. Frank West would most certainly have a fun time battling Hsien-Ko haha.

Playing Doctor Strange in Ultimate Marvel Alliance (Not related to MVC3) is pretty hard to handle. One thing is that, his powers are pretty unique, but technically challenging to execute them in a way that the opponents can be mauled down effectively. That means that my impression of him is already not that good. However, his fame in the Marvel series is pretty good, so lets see how Capcom can make him unique in anyway possible this time. If at anything, his style may be near to that of Magneto.

Nemesis is widely acclaimed for his imposing size, looks and terror that he brings along in the Resident Evil series. I dun really like him, but lets see how it fares when his gameplay videos pop out next week or later. Who knows, I may change my opinion of him.

If Ghost Rider and Vergil were to be in my first 3 man team in UMVC3, Nova will fill in the missing slot. He looks so cool~~~ Idk his powers though haha :P But I dun really care.

And if Marvel wasted a slot for Rocket Racoon, then Capcom would have wasted a slot for this bullshit.

Yes, during gameplay videos, Firebrand right here looks pretty good. He is like a flying Wolverine, but has powers of Zero, can body surf and spit projectiles. What more can you ask for? But this character like very ulu ulu also. To me, like... no point making a character so imba when its like so cast aside. Correct me if I'm wrong, but any other Darkstalker could have a greater impact instead of Firebrand.

Hawkeye here is perhaps gonna be one of the most special characters I've known in the series so far. Yes, he shoots arrows, hes like Taskmaster, but one thing that separates him from the rest, is his elemental attacks. According to the developer of this game, Hawkeye has 20 different kind of arrows with different kind of effects. WOAH. Now that's like Dante, but with arrows instead. I wonder, arrows of poison? ice? fire? Ok, I'm stumped. I'll look greatly forward to more of his gameplay. And if you havent seen his Level 3 super, its epic as hell. Go take a look.

Strider Hiryu is one of the most sought after characters to be put in for MVC3, before Vergil and Rockman. Hes quick, has animals in command, and he has those robot laser thingies that can really rape opponents inside out. Look at how Strider raped Ghost Rider in one of the gameplay videos in IGN. Its crazy.

That sums up UMVC3 new characters' list. I'll post more about my boring life so far today later on. I have no plans as of now, so I think after lunch, I'll either sleep more, or I'll do my skinning.

Here's my blocking for 3DAF so far. It looks good, but I hope the animation pass will be smooth. Gimbalocks made Norman look like hes really doing taichi. Super LMAO.

Drawing lessons are getting more interesting to me. Long gone were those dreadful days when Bi Ling terrorised out hearts. I love the overlapping portion, but its sad I could only do one, as one of them cocked up.

Presented EXCO to one year 1 class already, and I must say I'm impressed with their enthusiasm.

Recceing with Samantha was pretty fun. Mmm... and there was an insane karaoke session by none other than the dynamic duo of K&G while fumbling around with Norman.

I had a stupid haircut that really didnt have much diff lol. And yea, my day was rather boring.

This morning I was woken up by an sms, and from then on, it was a nightmarish 4 hours for me.

I have no idea how many toilet trips I made, but I knew that everytime I did so, sometime comes out lol. And yea it hurts.

So I took 2 capsules of pellets, within 2 hour intervals, which I shouldnt be doing, but in the end, I was alright. Still, I missed almost the entire VST lesson. How ironic haha.

Erm, other than that, today was just like any other day. I am very excited in completing the tetris animation. The blocking for both norman (not even halfway done yet lol) as well as the bricks are motivating me to make this look nice. I know my forte isnt really 3D animation, but still, I'll put in effort for this all the way ttm. Look out for samples that I'll put up soon! XD

2moro will be the start of the EXCO introduction. I will be seeing my juniors, and boy oh boy am I excited. We'll see how it goes.

Mr Yap is officially the worst lecturer I've seen so far in DDA.

Labeling Darren's homework as "crap" is the shittiest comment I've ever heard from someone whom I really respect. I'm not that stupid as to not do his homework anymore or do something else immature, but this is seriously overboard.

To add on, I spent my entire god dang weekend doing his homework till the wee hours of 3am plus. And what happens? I didnt even present it at all. Hell? I could have started my tetris animation from Saturday. Screw him.

Seems like I'm gonna go character creation. I'm more of a technical guy, so I will handle the rigging, modeling, lighting, texturing and compositing for Karen and co.... if by chance I could be with her.

Why I say that? Apparently, Iswan is appalled that people are choosing electives because of what their classmates are choosing. For example, if 4 ppl are thinking of being together, person A says hes going animation. Person B will say :"Oh! u go animation? Then i go modeling lar"

WTH. Absurd. These people deserve a spanking. Because of these stupid asses, now even Ahmad has more reasons to base on why they should shuffle class 1 and 2 together.

I will try all I can to convince them that its an insane decision. They admit they made a mistake that they should have shuffled us in year 2. Now then they shuffle us, its a lil late, cause we all have tightened our bonds, and expecting us to break away and try to recover before internship or fyp is a rather tall order. No way.

Anyway, I'm doing my best on my storyboard. I'm still halfway there for the environment. I'm not even started on my characters. I think have to drag till 2moro haiz.

I bought an Encyclopedia on the Avengers for only $15 bucks at an offer at Harris. Its pretty darn cheap ho yea!

I'm also thinking of buying a new bag, and just coincidentally, we went past Zinc seeing this bag.

I find it very cute and it can actually store quite a number of things, but I think it wun suit me lol. I see first. It costs 35 bucks, which is pretty ok for something like this.

K, I'll go back to my work. I should save up money more lol.

Back to today. I am guilty of sneaking out of class to eat a heavy breakfast myself while the others were busy rendering their walk cycles =P

And yea. Decision making. Mr Iswan and Mr Ahmad gave a very good talk on the electives ~ Modeling and Animation.

Up till now, I still haven't really decided yet cause of infinite workload. Really, I have no time to even think about it. To add on to my misery, I need to sort things out for Bonding Day, but with Steph so reserved, Vanessa so distant, and some ppl who don't have faith in how I handle stuff, I have to admit its a crazy uphill task to shoulder. On the bright side, I have enthu ppl to help me out in the event though, so I guess its sorta an enlightenment. :D

Back to the drawing board on electives, heres my opinion on the electives:

Modeling Elective:

1) Advanced Modeling

- I have mixed feelings for this module. I heard that we'll be learning how to model environments, which is kinda tempting me to go over to this elective. However, going in depth into this also requires us to produce hyper-realistic characters DX Now that's something I aint gonna look forward to. Other things here like texturing, uv-ing and baking are perfectly fine by me.

2) Advanced Rigging

- I'm kinda interested in this module. Its gonna make me sound nerdy, I admit, but I am more of a technical guy and rigging appeals to me. Numbers making you worry? No worries! Pass it to me! I love it haha. I enjoyed rigging September even when her skinning failed horribly lol. I think that this the module that I have the most interest among all six.

3) Practical Sculpting

- At first look, I was wtf? Yea. Sculpting. All the things I've collected these few years, Zoids, Ultraman, Pokemon and not to mention Halo, will serve as major inspirations for me should I select this elective and study this module. Honestly speaking, I am perfectly neutral to this module, just that I gotta feeling I will cock this up pretty badly haha.

Animation Elective:

4) Advanced 2D Animation

- Oh hell no. Not again. Brings back nightmares. Yeap, its TANI once more, digitalised, cleaned up and colored. Just so you know, my digital drawing skills are so ugly, that even I have to confess that my 3 year old cousin can do much better. TANI was my only subject in which I got a distinction last term, I enjoyed doing it cause I had control over timing and what nots, but drawing so many drawings for one assignment caused me great amounts of stress, especially when I dun like drawing in the first place. I gotta feeling I can do well in this, but I will be stressed out once again.

5) Advanced 3D Animation

- Norman in 3DAF gave me enough headaches. This module will amplify that I guess haha. Again, its one module that I think I should be ok with, but will have immense amounts of pressure. I feel that if I spend more time on animation tests, I will greatly improve and the results I generate may even shock myself. Badminton for CA1 was a letdown because of time constraints as well as wrong vid reference, but I believe with ample guidance and time, why not take a shot at this module? I like animating Norman's facial expressions anyway haha :P

6) Acting For Animation

- If Advanced Rigging will be the module I'll enjoy the most if I select Modeling elective, then AFA will be my fav for Animation elective. Long ago, before I even dreamt of being a paleontologist, I wanted to dance and act like Wakin Chau, Will Smith and even Jim Carrey believe it or not. I dun think my acting is really really good, but if I get to act as a character where I can put myself in its shoes, I dun see why I cant act out realistically and comically lol.

After everything, I just wanna say that I'm kinda disappointed they dun have rigging or lighting as separate electives. Modeling elective looks interesting but tiring because I'll have to learn modeling, rigging, texturing and Uv-unwrapping, not to forget sculpt out something. Animation elective looks like its just gonna focus on animation alone, which kinda looks relaxing, but advanced 2D animation will be a big fat screw right back in my ass.

I'm just gonna leave it like this as of now. I'm going to sleep. 2moro commences the start of VST storyboarding drawing. My body's kinda tired after watching Harry Potter Deathly Hallows Part 2 with Dennis earlier on. The VFX were good, but its too rushed in my opinion for a non-HP fan.

I can't believe it. It works.

Youtube and Facebook has been my long term enemy ever since my work piled on me. But I found a disturbingly effective solution to prevent myself from being distracted by these 2 things.

Hell yea. I treat as if the mac that I'm working on is like the computer the teacher's using, and I sorta "teach" how to do the curves on the graph editor and say random shit like how cocked up M.O.E. is nowadays. Boom! My target for Norman's legs to be done tonight is done! 2moro I'll do the rest of the body.

The setback for this stupid method is that I cant do this in class though. Ppl will think I'm siao haha.

Time to go to bed. 2moro I have to sort out some stuff.

Idk what happened, but apparently, I wun be watching Optimus in action again tonight.

I dun wanna talk about it. I have to admit I'm a dumb person who doesnt give clear instructions at times lest I fear of hurting the other party.

Anyway, I should just blame luck and succumb myself to Maya once again, this time to Norman's spasm walk cycle. And dun worry, I'm doing it now. I'm just waiting for Premiere to render my real life walk cycle. Might as well use the time now to download and blog.

I'm doomed X.X

I finished my 2 DLR E.T. lighting homework, looks like crap, but I'm not gonna give a shit anymore. I still have 27 more figure drawings to let Miss Wendy see 2moro. Siao liao. Must chiong b4 I sleep.

Today was hilarious. Apparently, for VST, we're supposed to take pictures from the main library all the way till foodcourt 6, so what did me, Darren, Hafeez and JZ do? Yep, we took videos.

On the part where Darren is supposed to be getting threatened, JZ somehow became high and he started humping Darren. Hafeez even joined in the fun lol. And yes, I captured it all down hehe >=D Darren's doomed when I post on fb =P

2moro I'm watching Transformers Dark Of The Moon again with Grace and 2 of her unknown friends. I shouldnt be doing so cause of the workload, but I partake promises seriously, so I guess I cant turn it down. Wun die using 2 and a half hours to watch an awesome movie anw, and possibly at a better seat.

Ok. WTF.

This week's mad.

First, today was hell of a hair-raiser when I thought I couldnt finish 3DAF storyboard. In the end, Mr Ahmad likes it and just a few tweaks here and there, its good to go. Phew.

Then, the VST presentation. I guess I wasnt used to holding a remote to shuffle in between slides and talk about the story. At the start I was kinda wonky as well sometime in the middle, but I think I made myself clear. Hope Mr Yap is fine with some stumbling =/

Ok. As if storyboarding wasnt a nightmare enough, another god dang storyboard homework is on its way. Great... Thats piled on top of my 3DAF walk cycle of myself as well as the DLR E.T. assignment gotta work on. Why suddenly DDA throw so much stuff? I also havent even started on the 30 skecthes for Figure Drawing that Wendy wants to see on Wednesday. Crazy week ahead.

Progressively, I feel less and less inclined to lay TF2 with Darren and co, or even do other stuff that I wanna do. Joshua's right, my life's kinda sad, knowing the fact that I face the computer screen 1/2 the day.

I guess its fate that brought this outcome to me anyway. Let's do this and get it over and done with.

I long for the god damn Dazzle but these days, I dun even have time to touch the controller. Haiz.

Adrenaline pumped Friday and Saturday.

Friday was submission deadline for both 3DAF as well as DLR. In the end, I'm not very happy with both of my submissions, but I guess its my mistake that I didnt handle my time properly.

My second picture had lots of mistakes. The first picture also a bit weird cause the occlusion made the boy's face so old. =_(

Ah well.

Met into some trouble before submission, when a classmate's work files were lost. Darren and I were like WTF. Had to happen at such a time.

After that, Jun Ze and I played Boxhead on the big screen, while the rest of Angela, Yan Yu and Steph hogged computers playing Tetris Battle. More like war when Angela is constantly screaming and shouting when things dun... seemingly go her way. Haha. We watched some weirdass anime episode called Experimental Lain or something like that. Its supposed to be some psychological anime, but I dun really appreciate such psychological stuff cause why the heck would you want to mindf*ck the audience? Shadows become dimensions, blood dripping from wires for no reason, the characters are all so weirdass. Lol.

Today, was a good and enjoyable day. Why? First off, with Karen, Qi Hui and the teachers, I watched Transformers XD OMG.

Sideswipe appeared, but only for some short whiles =( Ah well, the part when he fought alongside Ironhide was great though =D.

We're supposed to write a report, but wtf, the talk was like considerably short to bullshit one page of stuff. I'll try my best cause bullshitting is sorta my forte, who knows? Haha.

We then went to this small ramen restaurant in an expensive Orchard Road area, God knows where. The ramen cost money, and it tastes good! Surprisingly, the usual me who dun like pork, ate the thin and delusively disgusting meat recommended by Mr Iswan, and wow, it tasted really good!

We went to Kino, then we brought Mr Iswan to AMK library to vote for our 3DTV video that we made before I went home and cracked my brain for the story Karen and I are gonna work on.

I didnt go back Bukit Panjang because granny cooked salmon for me =D Awesome!

Its Just Another One Of Those Days

Flowers and women. How much more beautiful can it get?

And yep. As expected.

I cocked up drawing test today. I couldnt do the quick sketches, where all my proportions are all sprawled out so disgustingly obscene. Legs too big, body too long, its a living nightmare.

It got worse when continuous sketches have to be made. My mind had no problem staying awake, but it just refused to go to X-Factor mode. Only towards the very end, my sketches got slightly better and better as the rhythm kicked in.

And one of my drawings was labelled as a horse. Shows how chialat it is. Ah well, I'll touch up over the weekend =/

I think I did a pretty decent presentation for body language today. Mr Ahmad's marker indeed had the magic touch XD.

Erm, other than that and doing work with Karen and a lil of Yan Yu, that actually sums up today. I'm chionging for DLR. My 3DAF is.... well... sorta done. I'm not touching it anymore till I get proper instructions. I did make some of Norman's poses even stronger though.

K, I'm trying to wake up by 8am 2moro to have a good breakfast. I'll sleep soon.

I didnt expect myself to be so stressed over an exam.

I really hope I'm on form 2moro. I know my own standards very well by myself, so I put faith that I can do something thats not perfect, but at least good, I'll be more than happy.

I'm so worried about drawing, I didnt have any mood so far tonight to do other work like DLR. I have consulted Faizal and I think I know what can be further improved, but that'll be for later.

I wanted to practice my drawing, which I did yesterday while waiting for J tan who took seemingly forever to get down to the meeting place. I drew some ppl who were stoning too while on the steps of City Hall MRT. Its real funny and quite challenging too when they move around weirdly, like squirming worms trying to get comfortable with the polished walls at the sides.

And oh yea, did I mention I just woke up? Yea, I took a short nap from 8. Time to get some fingers cranked up.

Casino Upskirt

Yes yes, I am indeed a shameless person today. After class, things got a lil... out of hand.

With the usual crazy band of brothers, J tan and Dickhead, we went to the Marina Bay Sands - again. And yes, we had the intention of breaking into the casino. Apparently, we didnt need to break in. We took the seemingly forbidden casino lift to the top and over there, we managed to see the entire casino from the 3rd floor. I only have one word to say.

Wow.

Its literally an arcade for adults. A heaven for gamblers. I saw Monopoly, Sex and the City, Roulette and many other awesome cool looking games. People down below who were playing to their hearts' content were littered all around the place like ants. The whole casino reeked of a tingy smoky smell. Apparently, the gamblers can smoke inside the casino. I pity the dealers who have to stand the stench.

We had limited space to explore on the top of the casino, so we came to the corner there where we had a very good view of the entire gambling sanctum down below us. And guess what? Suddenly, dickhead pointed out that at one of the roulette tables, theres this lady in a black dress, bending over the table. Her dress was pretty short, so when she bent over.... you could sort of see everything. At first, I couldnt spot what hes talking about, but the moment I glanced at the particular lady, it was holy shit time.

YES. Unbelieveable logic. We upskirted some girl from the upper storey. We were laughing in disbelief. Its ridiculous at the fact, that we came all the way over to the casino just to upskirt a girl from the upper floors. Its super funny. I guess the security guards nearby must have thought something's wrong with us 3 guys ogling at a girl from up there. Pure comical insanity, I must say.

Its perverted, hell yea, but everytime I try to refrain from seeing that poor lady, dickhead just keeps going OOH OOH OOH LOOK! ALMOST CAN SEE LIAO! and everytime he does that, I cant help but see whats so intriguing. Whats also funny is when both of them start cursing and all the rich vocab came out, when an uncle is blocking our view lmao.

Part of the blame goes to the lady too. Who ask her wear so short skirt, all the chi ko pek uncles crowd around her to see the pathway to her heaven lol~

After that, we tried to break to the top of Marina Sands, but when they opened the door, I saw only suspended walkways hanging in the air. The moment u look down, aside from the huge aircon generators and humungous pipes, you'll see the bottom floor from that high up. The winds there were insane, so I chickened out and let them go ahead. In the end, they said there was nothing much to see lol.

Nothing really much happened thereafter. We tried infiltrating the carpark, but we looked like dumb fools in an empty space looking for treasure. Not stupid enough? I opened a door out to the mall, triggered an alarm that was pretty loud like a fire alarm. Guess what happened next? Yes, we ran again. Not really run, but we hasten our steps and went out haha. Scary sio.

Today was some serious shit. Really. Heart pounding action. Save for my stupid mac for being so god dang heavy, I felt like we're in some James Bond movie finding out way through the urban jungles of the stupid retarded stairs haha.

For some reason, I have not much to do leh. I have to just think of story for VST with grace, and prepare for body language. I'm really scared of wednesday though. I cant draw in the morning D: I scared draw until very ugly. I should get sleeping.

Lighting Works

Studio?

When I reached home, I didnt care about the stench of my socks lingering in my home. I just kept them on because I bought my audio OFC wires as well as a new set of Logitech wireless keyboards and mouse.

Now my gaming room has also officially transformed to my working studio. This is what I'll be doing to set up my personal studio:

1) Turn on my mac
2) Plug the charger in
3) Plug my hard drive in
4) Attach the HDMI cable from my mac to the tv. HDMI cable transfers visuals from the computer to the screen
5) Turn on my TV that takes quite a while to warm up.
6) Uncheck Mirror Displays under System Preferences so that theres 2 screens for me to work on, so literally, the mouse cursor can move from my mac to the TV.
7) Attach the audio OPF (Optical Fibre Cable) from my mac to my Ihome sound system. Apparently, the OFC doesnt work on my TV =( Well, at least the bass in my sound system is stronger than both the TV and my mac, so I wun complain.
8) Attach my wireless receiver for my wireless keyboard and mouse to my mac.

Yea, I'm actually bullshitting for things like turning on, but it takes up quite some time too lol.

Dual screens ftw. Helps lighting a lot. One screen for editing the scene, the other to check the rendered image. The sad part? The cinema is so jam packed with faces, it lags and destroys the whole lighting process, cause my mac cant support it. IPR was fun, but when I try to scan the rendered image with a little bigger box, maya just screws with me, so I was forced to render with small pathetic regions that I cant really see any stupid difference. Haiz.

Anyway, 2moro will be interesting, with Hafeez coming over. I'll help him as far as possible.

Now, my bed's friggin' messed up, the games are sprawled all over the god dang floor, my mouse and chairs are full of sweat and I can't do my work! ><

At least they are gone. I'll do as much as work as I can before dinner, then I'll go back Bukit Panjang and do my DLR and play a lil more of Crysis 2 for good. Erk.

What the shit happened?

Initially, I thought I can use this weekend to brush up my drawing, but 3DAF popped in along with the long hated DLR to block off literally almost all chances of any time to do any practicing. This is some serious shit we're talking. Just when I thought I could relax for the first week of school. Not a chance at all.

And the moment I stepped into the class, Darren put my name on the list for journalist with the I dun give a f*ck attitude. Clearly, he knows I prefer to be the photographer, but that good-for-nothing listed me there already. I dun mind being the journalist since I still blog and touch the English language anyway. And i definitely dun mind doing it since so many of HIS people go be photographers already. Defeats the purpose.

Sometimes I think I passed the job of class rep to the wrong guy.

Really? Medic, Sniper and Heavy on the list? I'm starting to worry for Hafeez and Jun Ze. Its sad.

The war has even yet to start, but there are already chinks in the armour in some people's plans.

DLR is a bitch to do on one screen apparently. Especially if its small like laptop size. I'll try my best to do it on my laptop first, but later I'll do it on the big screen for max effect.

Got quite a number of things today to do actually. And I'm not done. I've finished signing up for the SIGGRAPH volunteer form which took quite a while, after that, I did the VST Wolverine camera angle assessment as well as for the good, bad and ugly.

I decide to procastinate for a lil here and fb as well as youtube first before I go do my DLR.

To be honest, I feel that Darren's movements in class are a little.... obvious already. His plans seem to work so far, but I think his long time pals shouldnt be too dumb as to not realise it. I cant shoulder that burden either.

I'm quite appalled that my long time good friend Jun Ren who also studies in SP, accountacy has a problem where his stomach is extremely weak to the point where his energy is very limited, and he easily tires. Hes much thinner than Ming Hai, omgwtfbbq. God bless him.

I'll go cut my hair 2moro. I was too tired. Dunno why. I'm getting really tired these days too. Maybe its my inconsistent sleeping patterns. Haiz.

Time to go back to good ol' work. And bro, even if im not a happy person in the future, so long as my family that I'll support is happy, its good enough already. I dun mind slogging my heart out for my loved ones. And stop being so petty.

What surprised me was how quick it happened.

I think I should cut my hair. Its getting long for me. Hate it when distinct slopes occur at the sides of my head.

Sometimes I just keep asking myself.

Where am I placed in people's hearts?

Ever since I knew about the torrid truth of myself, I never once felt secure. I could feel my friends are distancing further away, harder to talk to.

I have sad dreams where I'm all alone, where all I could hear were my own echoes, screaming for my friends.

Loneliness for me has evolved from a habit which I'm accustomed to everyday, to a contriving fear that always jerks me and saddens me further.

Living here with my granny doesnt seem any different, I realised. Everyday I come back, I go to my room and do my work, with only my granny and aunt occasionally coming in to do some stuff and tell me to drink water. Its no different from a room that I rent by myself, except that I dun need to pay anything.

I'm really lost sometimes. I wish to have a sheperd to guide me along, but alas, there isnt one.

I'm happy that Granny's well though :D. Heard that the recent X-ray scan conducted says that her leg's completely healed. I feel more at ease now when I'm in school.

With drawing assignment tapping in last minute, how can I even finish something thats supposed to kill off in 150 minutes (30 quick sketches in 5 minutes) within a few hours time? And no, I'm not gonna sacrifice my sleep again for work. My health isnt very good and I think I'll just heck it. Finish it by this weekend.

Cringing my teeth, I should just go sleep and stop stressing on things like this. More white hair and more people will mistake me as a SP lecturer.

Well. At least thats what I think is the name of the game where I played with Grace on the way home. Its funny cause its retarded XD.

DLR assignment is now entirely changed!!! T.T

We have to stick to this stupid cinema (with surprisingly comfy chairs) and this little boy emo-ing and watching a stupid movie that isnt playing anything.

The worst part? Its a frigging 400000 faces right there. Siao. My Maya was on the verge of crashing. I didnt do eventually lol. I went to do the STARS video instead lmao.

Today, rigging class was boring cause I did the rigging for September like so many times. And VST was quite nice, though I dun understand how come Nabilah say its time-wasting. Maybe its the videos that are draggy, i dunno. What I do know is that hes just getting on many ppl's nerves in my class. Kudos to him.

I played Crysis last night all the way to 4.30am, and I managed to finish the whole single player campaign. I wanna play it again in the hardest difficulty next time haha.

I woke up at around 2pm, to receive a phone call from my aunt asking me whether I've eaten lunch. Lol.

I'm now supposed to relax, but I guess since there's not much to do here at Aljunied, I'd rather finish up the STARS video asap. Taking a heck long time to render gosh.

Since its rendering so long, I did relax a lil I guess lol. I went to hunt for music, played Carnivores HD on my cousin's Ipad and ate some good old dinner from my granny.

School starts 2moro. Its time to read those chapters. Looks boring but oh well =D

I can already guess a certain classmate is starting to spread bad stuff about me around.

Well, I guess I cant do much about it when its the truth, but I'm quite saddened by the fact that hes so shallow as to forget and not realise the pain behind it. I thought he's wise enough. Apparently not I guess.

It has been days since I posted. Generally during the weekdays, I have been going back to school to consult Iswan about DLR, since Faizal isnt around to help bcos his 2nd baby gonna poop out haha. Grats to him in advance.

There has been many changes of how the assignment is supposed to be done, but as of now, its just plain simple rigging and finding environments and props to do.

I think I've been doing a hell lot too much work during the holidays. All these extensive rigging and UV-ing is cranking up my mind. I'm gonna play Crysis 2 as much as possible tonight and 2moro to end off the holidays sweetly to reward myself. Things will go even worse next semester. Friendships and all those bullshit you'll never imagine, will go wrong. And yep, if you do read my blog, you'll know I'm hanging on a tightrope too, its never easy.

Today I played with Hafeez Winning Eleven 2008, it was pure awesomeness, cause though I keep winning him by a slim margin everytime at the dying moments of the matches, at the very last game, he held on to a 3-0 lead, and even though I clawed back to 3-2, his Barcelona was just too tight for me to trudge thru and win him. Impressive.

I didnt do much work today, cause I was relaxing, and teaching Steph and Sab on painting skin weight tools. I'm now blogging, and after facebook a lil more, I'll go back to try and finish Crysis 2 by this weekend.

Today idk whether I should be sad or angry or just feel neutral about what Steph and Sab did. They actually gave Khidir the truffles I bought for them as birthday presents instead. Recycling gifts seem to be the trend these days haiz... Dunno whats the point of spending effort on such stuff anw. I decided not to pursue the matter any further.

Anyway, technically, they could do anything with the truffles after giving it to them. Its theirs anyway. Oh well.

Grace made my day today. She said lots of stuff that made me feel more comfortable. Thanks~~~

Erm, other than that, not too much. My health's coming back, which is good, and I have a morning trip to make 2moro. Gotta help J tan repair his Denon.

I listened to this song the whole afternoon while rigging September. After adding finger rigging and the global control, September should be ready for some action posing!

Fever's almost off, but the headaches are still there. Every step I take, my head aches again and again, like as if a whale is sitting on top of me. I'm pushing myself to the library 2moro to do work with Grace and Steph though. I'm getting better anyway.

I have been sitting on my chair and doing all these Maya everyday, I do feel a bit bored and sian, I think I'm gotta sieve out some time to go for some good ol' swimming.

Oh yea, I actually made a D.A. account 3 years ago lol, but I'm only using it this year to upload my PDP pics. Maybe next time when I have better drawings or sth then I'll put it there, but for now, photos it is! =B.

Head Bob

My head feels like its been wedged in between 2 trucks.

I have a fever yesterday night. It made me sleep 28 hours within 2 days.

I was so weak, I didnt even have the energy to move to the toilet to clean my bowels. But of course, eventually I did drag myself to the toilet. Felt like I took 5 days to reach the toilet bowl lol.

I also didnt had the strength to get to the kitchen to get myself something to eat. All I ate for dinner last night was chocolate bread and nothing more.

And yes, I'm ill, alone at home.

My aunt and uncle bought me a 40 inch HD LED TV and put it in my gameroom. I'm very happy :D
So sad, I was sick so I couldnt try playing Crysis 2 in that awesome thing D=

I feel slightly better today. Not as feverish after putting some Panadol through my throat, but I feel those dreadful headaches every single time. Been trying to rig September, looks alright to me so far.

And yea, I felt really guilty sometimes when I rig her while she's like this. Tried rigging her while shes in template mode but I can't see no shit.

Im now at lesson 13, i believe. After a few more of these, I'll be finished with rigging cause the rest like eye brows and stuff no need cause we aint going that far.

I'll get back to sleep. I feel really shitty, hope that by 2moro I feel much better.

Affinity?

I didnt post yesterday, so I'll do a quick summary of what happened on Tuesday.

I stoned and went to Widescreen Studios. I got there the first lol, dunno why the entire team not there yet when its 4pm. Selected some pictures for the interview.

After that, I actually supposed to watch Pirates with J tan, but in the end because drag too long plus last time some friends suddenly say dun wan watch, it wasnt on cinemas anymore. Haiz. Damn sian.
But to make up for it, we chose X Men: The Last Stand, and it was amazing! I like Emma Frost lol. Her ability not bad.

Ok. Now Today.

Went to school to ask Faizal on DLR. On the spot, he typed out the specs and posted on BB lol. Yitting supposed to put there but in the end never put.

So we're supposed to:
1) Make sure our models are good, with clothes on and colours there. No need UV. I'm done with this.
2) Rig September. Shit. Lol. Forgot liao =P Have to refer to reference videos couped from Faizal.
3) UV and texturize the diorama-like environment. I can't believe the buildings I modelled are gonna be taken out. Haiz.
4) Light the scene and apply occlusion, bump mapping and what nots inside.

Btw, I used Lambert for September's clothes and hat, cause they aint gonna reflect anything. Phong for her belt and shoe to show little or no reflectivity. Blinn for her skin and belt cap. I found blinn to be extremely useful for skin as they have many factors to customize and play around with. Lastly, which I've never tried b4, but recommended to do so, I used anisotropic for her hair, to have extra controls and determine the highlights on her hair. Its my preference as of now, so I can be wrong, but these decisions of materials look good on her.

Anyway, after the consultation, Mr Iswan showed me how to use soft select and animation lattice. Finally! Soft select was seemingly ok, just had to shift the pivots here and there and adjust the sensitiveness of the tool and u can move the character around without any joints. Sadly, the mesh gets horribly cocked up, thats why both lecturers recommended me to put simple rigs in, especially cause I have clothes on, which I assume everybody will do so.

Went to eat lunch with them. We talked on a lot of interesting things, which cant be said here cause its highly confidential. Its nice stuff to listen to though haha.

After that, I went to watch Kung Fu Panda 2 with Grace. It was a really good movie, the fighting scenes were "magical" according to her and we enjoyed it a lot!

Yea, and I got home. Boring. And I found out I gotta ask Mr Ahmad about the Siggraph Volunteer thingy whether he can be my reference, as well as cleaning up the mess done by Darren while hes gone - DLR lighting photos. Gah....

I'll get to work. I hope 2moro while I sign the form, I keep my eyes peeled and scan every single thing on that stupid paper that gives me nightmares everytime.

Today woah, quite surprisingly, I did a hell lot of work with Steph and Sab! Well, I dunno whether its considered a lot, but I coloured September and cleaned her up a lil! I cant say I'm in love with her just yet, but I also cant deny shes looking more and more gorgeous by the minute!

The only thing thats missing in her now is something called life. I'm biting my fingernails in anticipation for that time to come!!! XD

And i took some time to reset the entire scene too! I think now it'll be much easier, and im already uv-ing the buildings! XD

Sad that Grace isnt here with us today. Lol. I think Steph was anticipating her presence too.

Got scolded by an ang mor while playing this game called Jelly Cannon with the sisters. I think we did make a tad too much noise, so he ranted at us to keep quiet. Lol. Call it the English Aura. Its indeed very imba.

Other than that, nothing much eventful happened. 2moro I got urgent matters to attend in school first b4 heading over to Bugis yet again for the post production, as well as the screening.

Quietest Noise

My dad didnt talk to me after I told him I'm signing it on Thursday. Oh yea, forgot the inverted commas. Its better than him raging and horneting around. Its irritating.

Have been sleeping so much lately, but for some weird ass reason I'm still tired. Haiz.

I took a cab back to Aljunied to eat Granny's fried rice and her bittergourd soup which wasnt really bitter surprisingly. It was amazingly quiet today. I didnt talk much to anyone. Well, I did phone Jackie to tell him some information, but other than that and a few sentences here and there, not much conversations were made.

Feel like I'm rotting. Lucky 2moro I aint gonna be alone.

I found it very tiring to light up some stuff too. Lol.

Im currently rendering out Buenos Aires. I added opticalfx to the lights inside the lampposts and they look pretty by themselves. However, the buildings, the roads and everything else is a shade of sad dull grey that made me feel like yawning. I think the reason why the rendering takes so long is because I have a whopping 400 thousand polygons in the scene. And I turned on ray tracing, which made things even slower. I dun think it'll finish rendering even when I'm finished blogging.

I'm seriously dying to get my Dazzle. I wanna face palm myself for forgetting to buy it alongside with Darren on thursday while doing the comic strip for VST.

I miss some people. No lar, I not being emo. I just miss some people that I seem to see so often in school. I suddenly want school to reopen asap, so can see everyone once more. Slowly, this beloved class of mine, even though I know there are people already sharpening their knives in anticipation of my return, is starting to feel more and more like a family to me.

I miss the good ol' days where I always hang out with J tan, Ben Cheong and Dennis at the 7-11 near school. We would always go there to eat cup noodles and slurpee before going home. It became a tradition throughout the 4 years. Singpost was also another great hangout venue we often went. Who can say no to a place where KFC, Macs, Subway and LJS are all there? Haha. Spoilt for choices.

After that, we'll always visit the card shop at the MRT where we buy, trade and play Yu-Gi-Oh! I could still remember the epic time when the imba dragon deck that J tan and I created with so much blood and sweat, defeated this tournament player in just 1 turn! I was like O.O omg, we defeated this guy! I believe he still remembers that day too. Its just too epic to forget.

And my my, by each day that passes, this class is getting more and more interesting. There are more stories than I actually thought! I wun probe on cause later even more people kill me. Should respect their privacy anw.

I only lighted up one side of the lamps. If you ignore the background, looks quite nice right?

Well, fyi, its screwed up lol.

Firstly, the lights are just too strong. Looks like some airport runaway if you take away everything aside from the road. Perhaps the opticalfx amplified the intensity of the lights. I was lucky this time, that the lens flare from the opticalfx didnt protrude out of the lamp covers. If it did, it would look so prettily ugly.

Secondly, the lights reflect off the buildings far too much. Its like as if Justin Bieber's holding a concert here, with all the fanciful lights swaying around like no one's business. Even when only one side of the street has all the lampposts lighted up, the buildings opposite also get lighted up quite brightly! Imagine if these buildings were also given lights. I initially wanted the windows to be a tinge of cyan and reflect some of the street lights off. With the lights now already so strong, it'll look like the building will reflect green light, cause blue + yellow = green, and Buenos Aires will turn into a rainbow city. Too gay for September if you ask me.

Wait September is a girl.

Ah never mind, you get the gist.

Lastly, the light shines on the ground like as if the sun was torching down. The light is still bright behind the lampposts, which is really atrocious. I think I should convert the point lights into spot lights instead, and maybe add a little fog to entice the mood of the city.

Alas, I think this isnt going too well. I'll try again 2moro. Like I mentioned, the vanishing point problem is still being solved, and apparently, adding an image plane doesnt quite answer it. Looks like the whole scene is like a toy set-up in Kiddy Palace. I think I'll need consultation on Tuesday morning before I get over to Bugis for the post production.

Oh yea, I finally finished my answers for the interview from Playworks magazine. Phew. Its a real hard chore to answer, cause some questions were a tough nut to crack.

Kk, this post is getting way too long. Stupid maya render so long make me talk so much.

Hibernation

I think I was awake for so far, only 4 hours today. The rest of the 18 hours of today have been spent cozing on my bed.

I could feel my muscles weakening. With each day, I had greater difficulty trying to get up.

I believe I only did the following during the 4hours -

- Call McDelivery. My back hurt quite long during the morning, prolly cause of bad sleeping posture, and I couldnt bring myself downstairs to packet something to ear.

- Facebook and Maya as usual. I did this.

Will be shifting the buildings a lil, if not I'll have a hard time duplicating and modelling more buildings until the vanishing point. Dun wanna have that happen!

- And yea... I MVC3. Super Skrull replaces Hulk for its speed, while Dante and Sentinel stay put in my starting 3.

Grace agreed to work with me, Sab and Steph for DLR during the hols, at Bugis. Oh my! This week's gonna be packed too, along with the last post-editing day for 3DTV.

Now. Here comes the thing. I decided to "sign" the form. Note the apostrophes. I'll take a look at that dreaded form I never wanted to even think about, but I guess it wun kill me to say no on the spot if it looks suspicious. Its as if the lawyer is pointing a gun in my head. Let's give it a shot. Anyway, after that I'll be going to visit Brother Anthony's trial with J Tan and co. lmao.

Dad came home damn it. And its not this that made me give way. Im currently just ignoring him to the core, while hes watching Knowing. Good for him.

Went out with Steph and Sab today.

And it wasnt planned.

I passed them the truffles but I didnt expect them to bring their work to do. Holy cow. So I went to work with them at NLB since I brought mine along to do also. I managed to redo and finish the fourth building, but it looks like time is running out. I forgot I had to make TWO scenarios to light September up. Erk.

Anw, we went to lan after that. Gosh! L4D2!

I somehow no mood in spraying bullets, so I took the hunting rifle most of the time to scope from behind. Quite effective I must say, especially when u have two teammates who are like my pawns, go hell straight into war. For some reason my health always very low lol. Weird.

When I got home, I found out that Jennifer, who already has an Ipad, will be getting an Iphone. Wtf. Not as if I want one, but I'm really surprised that she can get what she wants even when she gets really lousy grades. Borderline leh. And the parents still mollycoddle her at her age of primary 5.

Wait, thats not all. Jordan who also didnt score very well, his dad also promised to buy him an Ipad.

Ridiculous.

I'm actually ok with it, until they start boasting how good they are and all that bullcrap. I got irritated because unlike them, I dun have parents who reward me when I even score high marks, let alone lousy ones.

They went on and went on and I just kept thinking about how much my mum would have done for me if she knew where I am now. I got a lil upset and I decided to go home and be alone instead. Aunt and uncle knew I was frustrated about it, but they think that I'm still immature - I left home cause I'm jealous they have expensive stuff that they want, while I don't.

I'm not primary 5 for christ's sake.

And they even lectured me. Seriously?!

I'm already trying to control myself from spouting some stuff I shouldnt be saying. Its already very hard. And to pile it all up on me, my family spontaneously under the influence of my dad, go against me too. Its insane. I dunno how long I can put this up.

If they ain't helping me buy a god dang new TV, then they should just stop blabbering. =(

I played MVC3 all the way since I reached home. Yea, on that small pathetic TV that's smaller than my mac. Horrible. On the bright side, I learnt a few moves here and there, and I should be ready if Iswan calls for a rematch, of which hes already taunting me about it lol.

Suddenly I wanna take a bite out of the truffles D= I wonder how it'll taste. How can it be really chocolate made in heaven?

Its a painful decision nonetheless. I still try to facade in between, but its tiring. Almost nobody knows of how horrid my emotions are.

I'm on the verge of being clamped inside this trap.

The deadline of the form is drawing even closer. And when is it? 20th June. Exactly 1 year after my mum vanished.

And pressure mounts. Dad is psycho-ing my family that I'm disobeying him and all that nonsense. I guess he doesnt have any other methods to push me cause I keep avoiding him. Now my family's telling me to go. And they dun even know what form I'm god dang signing.

Hell no. No one's signing anything.

I needa run for a while. Things aint cool man. Of course I wun run and sleep on the streets. Thats retarded. I need to find a short-term plan.

Been thinking too much these days. I didnt do anything with Buenos Aires. Crashed anw. The middle building went missing. Did went over to Darren's to do VST though.

Deathadder aint gonna be repaired. Have to go their HQ to exchange but its in some secluded area. Haiz.

J tan's mother flew at me and hit at me with the toy hammer not once, not twice, but 5 friggin' hard times for no particular reasons at all! And shes blabbering nonsense while smiling at the same time!

NIGHTMARES~~~

Apparently, she thinks these toy hammers are cute because they have sounds when they hit an object like boing~~~ and eeeoow~~~ oh my gosh.

And i was helplessly and mercilessly tortured by her wave of attacks. She suddenly became irritated and smacked me again because I wasnt playing with her. Wth?

By the way, that hammer isnt that soft. So the pain's pretty hard to deny that its there.

They are friggin' hard to draw, not to mention model. Its not nightmare anymore. Ever heard of a term called hell? Yep, it sure is hell.

Drawing was alright after I gathered immense amounts of info and references. Modelling was urgh... September....

And to sum it up, they are... unpredictable. Seen too many situations.

Ok enough said.

Today was boring. I slept all the way until 12noon. Gosh. I did some work, but it wasnt Buenos Aires. I was tired. Dunno why sia. My body just refuses to wake up. Work's my life these days I guess.

Thought Steph held a Lan session, but no dun have D: So i just slept again at 2 plus while I was tired. I assumed my body needed additional hibernation for being so cooperative with me last week while chionging.

Woke up at 6.45 to find that I'm late for appointment with J tan to fix his com. Heard a lot of good information, like forcing ur com to run its programs on another hard drive, running a faster pc and stuff. Sounds cool!

Had great dinner at his place. Chicken chop, french fries, salmon, sunny side ups.

Tried helping fix his com to install IE9 but errors keep popping. I think microsoft just wanna screw with its customers. Make life so difficult for them. I guess J tan isnt the only guy out there who cant do it. The kernel tasks inside older coms perhaps missed out files that IE9 needs to run, which can be fatal if forcefully implanted inside the core processes. God knows, I just said no, dun force it.

Its 12.30am, but my body feels like its 3am in the morning. Shows how much my body's deteriorating.

Heard that my dad has a huge gaping hole in his stomach or something. Sounds both good and bad to me. I find it kinda evil for me to say such things, but not when hes being a bitch and resorting to crashing into my granny's place to find me and sign that stupid retarded form oh no no. Go to the hospital and lay on the bed, I'm sure mum has sentiments on that too.

When I found that he came over, and for the first time seeing him after like what, two months? He had that disgusting angry face I've never seen b4. He hasnt been really giving a damn about my work, hes just asking me to sign that god damn form all that day. I think he held back his ferociousity because granny's there, but oh well, if he ever did, I'll just let him have a taste of his own medicine. Retarded guy.

My face, wrist and belly button area had some skin burnt off. Idk what happens in the night, but the next morning when I wake up, it got burnt off. Wtf. Its weird. My grandpa using a lighter to burn my skin off? Lol. Some crazy shit is happening these days.

I scaled September down and laid out the road. I maybe model lamppost later or 2moro to make it look more like a mini city. U never know! Maya's getting more and more interesting by the day, cause its something like Sim City, but u are building these stuff the way u want them to look like, and its friggin' cool!

Ok, time to go. Once again, I've said a long time ago, dun get too offended or insulted in what I say here. I mean no harm and consider peace to be the best form of practice among all of us friends. I state opinions and yes, facts too. Sometimes my english very jialat and mean other things, please check carefully first lol. Im trying to promise myself to model 2 buildings per day to create Buenos Aires for DLR assignment, where I can place September in haha. Alas, I'm pretty lazy, and here's 3 retarded buildings that aint detailed nor finished. The largest building isnt supposed to be that big, and its yet to be complete too.

Today was post production. It was somewhat fun, and surprisingly quick too. We had a great time choosing audio for our video. Its humorous.

Weirdly, Qihui didnt really make me angry or anything. He didnt speak a word after Karen separated ways with us, contrary to a few moments ago when he was joking and stuff with her. I'm just annoyed when he just leaves for no reason. I tapped into the station and when I looked back, he turned back and walked. Forgive me for starting to keep my eyes peeled on this weird ass.

Nothing much. Sad that 2moro aint gonna watch Kung Fu Panda with my pals, as I got J tan to hang out with. I needa repair my Deathadder anyway. Its spoilt DX Nooo....

K, time to sleep. I need to get to the pool and start swimming 2moro morning.

After The Storm

Phew. A tiring week it has been. I had insane nightmares.

Have been sleeping for 2 hours per day doing assignments like these.

This is the finalised concept art for September, its still harbours that sketchy look, but I guess things cant be turned back in time.

I know some of her poses are wrong, but mmm.... I sacrificed some of the time I set aside for her concept art on the 3D model lmao, and I guess it more or less paid off!

I'll most probably clean up the lines on her during the holidays, she'll look way better lol.

3DAF. I love it and hate it. Norman was at first so fudging hard to get a hang on. Just getting him to be in one pose that I want, took 2 hours I believe. But after that, poses start getting easier to do, same goes for stepping as well as the animation. Its just those small little details that I do not observe that people like Mr Gavin could spot and tell me to improve. Hes a nice guy. =D I'll be submitting this 2moro.

And yea, one of my proudest works so far, September... IN 3D!! XD Omg, I really didnt expect myself to accomplish it. I mean, I knew I could finish it, but she turned out better than I thought she will! But lol, she still needs refining cause she looks like as if she suffers from manlnutrition. Her limbs are all so thin, but her assets are considerably huge.

In all, the week was insane, but most of us pulled through. Mr Iswan said this part of the course is the most gruelling portion lol, and its over, so I'm pretty glad about it. Its sad and at times appalling to see people break down, like Hazel, and also a lil of Sonam.

And yea, yesterday, I worked with Steph and Sabrina again at the library, on the finished 3DAF above. Other than that and the sad sad case that my TV spoil and cant play MVC3 =(, nothing pretty eventful happened.

I have to settle for a TV thats very small and cant see no shit to play games. Noooo......

Ah well, time to take a breather and relax before I use the next few weeks to do my DLR assignment and learn rigging from Faizal's old videos.

I have finished 2 assignments in 2 days. Thats insanely fast for a slowpoke for me.

She attempted to look neutral about it, but I could see a twitch of sadness in her eyes. Indeed, the vase was one of my mum's most treasured decorations, and to think that I didnt know about it.

I threw away this bullcrap and I went to NLB once again with Steph and Sab. I was surprised that they bought me bread to eat :D I was elated. Dunno why lol.

We did a lil homework. I consulted Steph majority of the time for September's proportions and shes looking good for a colour on.

Now I'm back home, I'm waiting for Ming Hai to come and eat dinner b4 we chiong whole night.

What else... come on...

Taboo made my day hahaha

Today was officially the shooting day, and my was it crazy. Course, Steph and Sab, I had to hand it to them, maybe treat them something to eat or sth next time haha.

My entire house became a human oven, the lights were crazily hot, the windows closed - we were literally becoming sunny side ups haha.

Things cocked up in the morning, which were actually quite scary, cause the taxi that Sabrina and Sim Yi were in, the driver so cocked up, drive them somewhere else. I dunno whether its considered luckily or what, but the crew only finished setting up at around 10.45am, so it was alright.

The first shot was not too bad. I didnt expect Stephanie to knock it right off so fast. She managed to do quite a number of good cuts.

After that, we did have some problems with the falling of the blocks. Steph took lots of tries, but none of the shots recorded were good. To me, at least. The DOP thought otherwise.

And here came the part where I think I pissed off and also made a few ppl worried - I stayed back home instead of going down to eat lunch. I wanted to find out how to make the blocks fall perfectly so that all of that is present in the frame.

Lol at when I wanted to leave, I saw the producer and Ian about to leave my home, and no one else guarding my house. So the producer asked me whether I wanted lunch. I was hesitant at first cause I paiseh, but I gave in. So i played with the blocks a while, b4 taking a shower and eating my chicken rice. Then I continued playing the blocks and swiftly found a solution to it. I banked on Steph to be able to get the groove, and at the final try, walah. Magic! It worked! I kept the satisfaction quietly to myself C:

Ok, but after that, things were a little bit rough. Steph got a little jittery, but I guess she was anxious. I could understand how she and Sab were feeling. Its horrible. Really.

Then came my bottom point. It happened near the end of the shooting. I thought I could risk the ceramic hanging display containing the bears on the wall, to be held on by a couple of fragile strings.

It gave way.

I felt like my heart shattered when I heard it. That was one of the last few decorations my mum hanged around my home b4 she went off. I started feeling not being myself.

And to make matters worse, I unconsciously tried to help Stephanie to remember her lines by hand gesturing, not knowing that it was not only unable to convey what I'm trying to say, but also distracts her. She told me off after that take =( and i felt really really small. I absorbed it all in, including Faizal's sentiments about my distracting actions. I felt horrible.

After all was over, I went to my room and played with Bomby and Ampharos. Btw, Bomby is my black angry bird lol. I did it because it was one way to feel better instead of bottling up everything. It reminded of VST lolwth.

I was moody, yea. Qihui surprisingly comforted me, but he thought I was sad that the production didnt turn out well. After that, Karen had a little of annoyance in her tone when she told me not to be emo. It made me feel worse when I wanted to tell her, but you're afraid the others start getting concerned and all that bullshit. I'll feel like I'm some attention seeker that I dun wanna be labelled as. I also noticed she was a lil annoyed after lunch break. Dunno why, but if it involves me, I'm really really sorry :C

I placed the broken remains of the vase in my mum's cupboard. Hope my dad doesnt see it lol. Im screwed if he sees it.

However, after dinner, my stupid idea of making myself laugh my bottled feelings off by playing taboo with everyone worked out so good, I nearly forgot what I was moody about earlier on.

Oh shit, I got sudden urge to play Taboo. Dunno why lmao.

After everyone left, I and Qihui cleaned up the house, we had a drink or two of fruit punch and ate the remaining pizza b4 he left.

Yep, I'm f*dging procastinating. I havent touched Maya (well, I did but all I did was import the reference topology of Mr Tan's body into September's file) and certainly not my stupid Figure Drawing.

I gtg sleep. 2moro is yet another stupid long day. I'll update no worries.

For some stupid and unknown reason that I dun even know, I'm growing to like more and more of modelling environments, texturing these kind of stuff, and most importantly, lighting them up, like this scene here.

I have to admit that modelling this can be equivalent to killing myself, but I think if given ample time, I dun see why I wun be able to light that place. Its mesmerizing at times ya know.

I am writing this words with tears in my eyes.(~too happy). I ain't kidding you.
You are sharp enough to hit the targets of VST so far. You did a good summary of CORE VALUES of VST. I think everyone who took VST should read this thread.
The feeling to me is like I had passed the treasure (good values of VST) of my generation to the next new generation to prevail...and that I can rest in peace if I died today. A big thanks to you, Kim Soon.

About the release of CA1, I will tweak the release date next round. I agreed with your advice. Thanks.

About my story, this time round, it is out of my expectation. Two year ago, I shared to a class, but it does not have any significant impact in them. May be I was wrong then.

This time round, because of the past experience, I shared with a uncertain heart as to where it will lead you to.
I am overwhelmed by your positive response. I hope my story will remind you of PERSERVERANCE, RESILENCE in your own life.

Most important of all, be extremely hard working to gain KNOWLEDGE, stay HUMBLE to allow life long learning, and Be GOOD always, also to help others.

Today was the theory training session with my 3DTV group. We learnt things like convergence points, interaxial distance and what nots. Its a lil profound, but its interesting haha.

Alarm clock screwed with me this morning. I intended to eat macdonalds for breakfast at 8am, but my alarm didnt ring, and my body clock only activated 2 hours later DX

Went over to Grace's home to do VST. It was fun working with them haha! It felt great because you get to split up the workload evenly among each other, I'm really sure Steph has no reason why she wouldnt want to join us!

I took an afternoon nap before I ate dinner and I'm now working on September once again. I've cleaned her vertices up and she... prolly looks rounder. XD

It Never Came

Finally, I managed to pull some hard feelings and tell them to someone I really trust. Its not easy, but I did it.

Inevitably, I feel better, but I feel that I have not told her everything yet. Ah well, its a matter of time before I leak it out again in an attempt to stab the sour area in my heart away.

Today was a lil sad. I spent quite some time trying to model September's head, but Mr Tan came in and criticised my face being not round enough, vertices all over the place, and many other bad stuff which I purposely closed my ears off to prevent his words from hurting my confidence. He didnt even advice me on how to improve and he just scooted off. I'm looking for Mr Iswan on Friday to help me.

I dun mind if a teacher critcises my work until I feel demoralised as long as they tell me how to improve. Mr Tan didnt. I was just left there staring into the screen at September and asking myself why I couldnt do a good job out of it even after 3 times restarting the blocking process.

And not surprisingly, Qi Hui was really cold to me today. From what I can pick up from Nabilah's words, Qi Hui is indeed angry with me for me leaving him for VST CA1. I explained to Nabilah why I did so, and I hope she can understand.

I'm supposed to do concept art for VST now, drawing classrooms, parcels and what nots for it. 2moro though its Vesak Day, I still got stuff to do, as usual.

Lol... blogger died on me these few days. I couldnt login and my previous post on blasting at Qi Hui was miraculously deleted away. Its good though lol, these kind of dirty stuff wun be nice to leave it lying around here in the cyber world.

Friday night, I was with J tan in his concert. He performed until very sexily, his collar hanging extremely loose and revealing much of his chest!! LOL! Sadly, his pal, Eugene who was singing, cocked up because the mike was very soft, plus he cant perform his guitar solo bcos his amplifier didnt work. Sad case for his band.

Yesterday, I worked with Steph and Sabrina at the NLB in Bugis. September's face was forming for the 2nd time, but I realised that, while referring to Mr Iswan's video, this happened.

if I really follow every step. And I'm stuck on part 4 out of 10.

Beforehand, I did my own method. This happened.

And while doing so, I made the body instead of making the details, lest the edge flow complicates problems while joining the head and the body.

September's boobs were amazingly difficult to model out. I remembered doing so many tries just trying to get that right shape, size and angle. The first time I did it? It looked bloody hell like a god dang pencil. Yep, two 4B pencils protruding out of her chest. The third time looked like torpedos or rockets lmao! Ming Hai who was only like a few cm away from me kept laughing at how sharp her chests were.

Other than that, it was pretty smooth sailing. I like modelling her, but alas its hard to always just focus on this module.

Today, I came over to Karen's house with Grace to do VST. It was funny especially when both of them were playing the Lion King with Karen's ever pink fluffy toys. It was quite a good experience working with them too. I'm looking forward to working with them for our animation studios. XD

I'm hungry, so I'm gonna catch my dinner. If I do make some improvements to September, I will post again tonight.

I am very happy with how things worked out today. (save for the oreo coffee incident i mentioned one post ago)

Remember I drew the front and side views of September? Ms Wendy approved of it too!!! XD Whats more, she said that the side view of her face is very "perfect"!!! Omg.... i never thought that one day my proportion of the human being would ever EVER be correct!!!

However, she also mentioned the skirt a bit cui lol. She made it less "metallic", in this case, she made the skirt droop down, put some curves here and there, and wow, September looked even better. I feel even more motivated to model her woohoo!!!

Another happy thing is that Karen is willing to group with me for VST too!!! =D I need to talk to Qi Hui about it though, cause the last time I initiated the idea of splitting up, so that I can go to Steph's group, he shouted at me very unhappily D=. I gave in. Stupid me. This time I wun give in liao. ={ Hopefully he's ok with letting me go, I feel caged.

Anyway, lol, I got inspiration from Grace (not my friend) of the Turf City models, to make September's face similar to her.

BP Spill

Lol, I came home today with bad luck.

I bought Oreo Coffee bubble tea and a hamburger to accompany it. What I didnt expect was that the oreo coffee cup was so slippery, I lost grip of it in the dining hall and BOOM! A huge explosion and the whole dining hall was splattered with delicious coffee.

Yep, the floor, the walls, the chairs, the table, everything.

Knn, with the help of Jennifer and Jordan, we managed to clean up... my mess =P It was funny lol. I mean, oreo coffee, it was icky, there were black/brown bits and they were flowing around.... like genuine shit lol.
Jordan initially thought it was my grandfather accidentally shitting all over the place lollollol.

The bad things? The walls are stained by the oreo, from light yellow become suspiciously darker blacky/yellowish. Also, while wiping the mess, we discovered that we were exerting too much force and caused the walls to crack BIG TIME. Numerous cracks, I tell you. Big ones too. On top of that, the oreo hit the cushions on the chairs. O.O

The good thing? They have no idea that something happened XD We wiped those places our asses off, and it was less obvious, but u can sorta still see it. The cracks? We covered it with the kitchen door lol. To round it all off, the cushions? We just wiped them, till it was dry. And while these pillows were still stained, we just flipped over and strapped them there. Good as new LOL. Idk when they will know. Tsktsk.

But for now, I'm gonna work on her sniper rifle first. Its her trademark, so I'm gonna make it look nice!

What shocked me was that Fun Chung was also gonna a good-looking lady, with a sniper rifle too! DX I dunno why I feel sad, but ah well, I'll make September better than Fun Chung's Jill-inspired woman. Go September! XD

I'm very very happy. Today the skit was also very happy. Who gave a damn if the toy story cocked up? Its the fun that matters. However, I had to admit I was playing Angry Birds at one point when Mr Yap showed us his own 15 minute long reflection of Shaw Shank. Lol...

If I have time, I will photoshop a logo for the DDA EXCO team. =D Friday's when I'm gonna meet everyone once again!!! XD

September's Sniper Rifle

I'm working on her sniper rifle. Its gotta be unique, so I'm working out the basic form of the rifle first.

I'm also done with the side and front view of her. I'll upload it 2moro after Mr Tan's consultation. I'm at a delusion as to whether I should give her shorts or skirt, because one side of me wanted the skirt to exaggerate her hips a lil, but the shorts will make her look more of like a marine lady ya know.

Today was funny. Qihui and I somewhat managed to brainstorm a story and 2moro we'll be doing it. It'll involve the battle between Pokemon and Halo!!! XD And two guys named Whitey and Greeny! Lol!!! Nah, I assume its ok putting this here cause anyway no guy or gal in the right mind will look at my blog post at 1.30am in the morning, so this aint considered a spoiler! XD

My aunt brought over her ancient Pa-Lin art school tutorials of drawing the human anatomy. Apparently, 8 and a half heads was the correct proportion for model-like ladies O.O Mine's 8, so..... DX I'm crying.....

But to be honest, her tutorials were very good and had powerful references to back me up, especially September's face's side view, her chest, her butt and her soles. It really helped a hell lot, I've gotta tell u.

I drew a hell lot of stuff today.

I have never drawn this much. I'm too tired to proceed to finishing my front view T-shape of September. But I have done quite a number of poses for her, facial studies (AGAIN), a blow up A3 drawing of her (but a bit fail =/ ) and if not for my body giving up on me physically, I would be finishing her front and side view by tonight.

Im actually very disappointed with myself. September's clothes are a little too plain from eyes, I'm really scared she will not be able to help me score for the uniqueness part. I'm also considering trying to design and model a sniper rifle for her. Shldnt take too long, but time is running out.

Its 2.30am and im still jamming some weird ass vocaloid song that I dun even know, but it sounds like dope to my ears XD. Ah well, I feel much better after spamming my fingers numb, bcos this morning's bad startoff.

2moro I will be doing Shaw Shank Redemption with Qi Hui, status quos for Ellis (Red) and Andy Dufresne, as well as the soft toy rehearsal for the skit on Monday. It'll be a lil fun ahhaha.

Today morning wasnt a good morning.

My dad finally called my granny home, where I was sadly am, and he finally got me.

He shouted in the phone at me, why I didnt pick up his calls.

The last time he called me, my phone went off during Figure Drawing class. Ever since then, I was paranoid and shut off my phone. Adding on to some paritcular times when my phone died, he coincidentally kept calling at those times.

Yes, he may have been admitted to the hospital because of a checkup, but its not some stupid terminal illness. He doesnt need me to see him at all. Who would see him when hes such a jackass.

And he had the cheek to rant at me, saying that I have no heart. Even my granny cared for him more. Well, if my granny knew about the other side of you, she would have asked u to f*ck urself too.

Wow, he even say that I will regret it when I lose him. Bullshit. I regret my mum leaving, not you.

He claims that he'll slap me hard when I see him face to face. If he did, I will return it 10 times back to him.

Omg, im raging, this isnt good. I'll just go back to doing September. I'm having problems with her butt (LOL) cause it looks like its spiky. I'm guessing its circular so I'll see what I can do about it.

And speaking about raging, Darren told me to seethe down and confide my problems with a good close friend. I thought about Jonathan but hes got something called A levels, so I also paiseh kajiao him. =/

I had a frustrating time trying to pose Norman because he has so many controls >< When I sorta got a hang of him, it was too late and I only managed 2 poses. Ah well, I think hes a cool rig XD

Anyway, the highlight of today was me and Darren aimlessly walking around CBD area haha. Apparenlt Darren's Ipod charger was spoilt, so we wanted to service it. However, the problem was that he didnt exert enough force to push the charger into his ipod, thats all LOL!

Then we walked around and talked about the class. We discussed quite a number of hard truths and facts, but its just gonna happen. Hes right. Friendships will be lost and tainted coming this FYP. I hate it when it comes. Though I know I already have K & G (and im really happy =D ), I worry relentlessly about the others. =/

I found that I have procastinating September. I'll get on with her now. Time to hit the rocks!

I forgot to post yesterday.

I'm serious. I wanted to post at 4pm. I turned on my com, but then the first thing my mind was thinking wasnt blogging, monster galaxy chionging or anything.

I was thinking of how cocked up my brain was.

And the next thing I knew, I was on my bed sleeping. I slept till 9pm or somewhere there then I chionged September. By then, I forgot about blogging lol.

Anyway, even now, I'm still rushing my character designs. I'm trying very hard because I'm one of the weakest students in class in terms of drawing cleanly, proportionately and nicely. I still cant get the stuff quite right, but I'm still trying! ><

September's body frame is concluded to have 3 head lengths for her body, and 5 for her legs, so it'll be something like this.

Epic Gayarat Curry

Stephanie came over today.

We talked about what we're gonna do for the meeting next friday for the EXCO session. Lol, I havent created the logo nor tagline. Maybe sometime soon =)

And really. Seriously? CCBWTFBBQ? I didnt know we have to draw 4 of our classmates' faces for figure drawing, 2 male and 2 female. Knn. I just heard it from Stephanie and Darren today. I took pictures of Darren (he posed his face so retarded I think I'll just cock it up for him since he cocked up his own face lmao!!!) and also Fun Chung's face. Hopefully I can at least finish one of their faces today, if not it would be hell and hell. God.

Then in the evening, yea, thats when I took the pictures, I went out with Qi Hui, Fun Chung, Darren and Ming Hai to visit a photography gallery of this guy named Kenneth who has a mutual friend along with Qi Hui.

B4hand, we ate at this epic malay curry restaurant at Central, of which my rice, containing an egg, curry chicken and fish nugget with lemon barley, together cost a whopping 12 dollars! Srsly?!

Nvm.... the curry was so friggin' spicy, it can make you puke! It was like eating in the pits of hell! Fun Chung sitting in front of me ordered five kinds of curry which made it worse for himself lol. He couldnt finish it because its just too spicy. His whole face turned red haha!

Then we went to the gallery we have to pay 5 bucks, so its ok, but WTH. We paid 5 friggin' dollars just to see 7 photos! There werent anymore!

Yep, only 7 photos, no more! We spent the rest of the time gazing at porcelain women who entered the gallery haha, and it was very funny at times, and eating some of their finger foods.

Just when I thought we can go home, I found myself following them until this dessert shop at Bugis street where I ate some mango sago. This cold stuff plus some volcano hot curry, and 2moro's VST lesson will become a Free-for-all shitting lesson. Lol!

Well, I'm back home now, I'll be chionging my stupid homework for Figure Drawing, so ta ta!

Come on...

"my" room became new after a complete revamped layout! woopee! and whats the difference?

The god dang bed was shifted 90 degrees clockwise! woohoo! (sarcastic tone included)

now i have lots and lots of space to swim in!

Truth be told, the room I have at Aljunied really has a lot more space after shifting the bed to the side of the wall. It aint pretty, but my room wasnt pretty to begin with, so thats ok :) I wun complain.

Today I did quite a whicky lot of animation for the squirrel. I'm just left with the god dang tail. And to make matters worse, my animaton has to be dragged until 200 frames! LOL. I'm doomed!!! I've heard the tail's a pain in the arse to animate. T.T Cries...

Today was unexpected.

From a supposedly boring day where I glue my sloppy butt on my beloved armchair, doing Maya for the squirrel and drawing out for September Cloverstone, I ended up winding up myself at a little class outing with Mr Iswan, where I went to his house first to watch Uncharted gameplay.

We then watched THOR!!! (Look up!) XD It's a nice movie. I liked the rainbow bridge but most importantly, I like the chinese guy inside lol. He seems very familiar.

Now back home, I'm chionging the facial designs for September. I've drawn quite number, but I dunno how to develop further LOL.

Oh well, when I have time 2moro or something, I will scan in and put it up here. And no, not on facebook for goodness' sake, people will laugh at perspective shit and what nots. To be honest, I think some of the uglier faces that I drew for her really looked like crap.

May looks set for a nail-biting month. Time to put on my seat belt.

Went out of my home to meet Grace at Simei to go school together. Wanted to meet at around 6.45am but she never turned up. I called her mobile and home, but nobody answered. Assuming she overslept, I went school myself

Boarded the train from Simei bound for SP. I found myself standing in front of Fizah lol. Talked to her while walking on the way to class. She was surprisingly stressed with the amount of workload given to us right now. =/ Haiz.... Oh no....

Attended 3DAF and DLR. Both lessons were great. I rendered this out for DLR XD.

Sadly, they somehow teleported to Clementi to eat with Mr Iswan D=. In the end, I found myself mixing around with Class 2, then I managed to find Steph. As my stomach was growling louder than a wolf, I had no choice but to eat unhealthy cup noodles for lunch that I didnt finish cause it was yucky.

Took the train with Karen. Then I went over to Grace's home to teach her what Mr Ahmad taught us today. I had nothing on in the afternoon anyway, so this is a great way to kill time. I needed her internet to catch Jackalope.

After teaching her all the maya what nots, she brought me to eat a proper lunch with her at Subway b4 I wanted to meet J tan at Paya Lebar. Yum yum!

Took the train to Paya Lebar and waited for J tan to come and go to find Anglo Chinese School to visit Jun Hui's Talentime. I waited at Paya Lebar and rotted away for near 30 minutes while playing Angry Birds on my Nokia N8.

Chatted nonsensical blabber with J tan, while trying to devise a sinister plan to sneak into Jun hui's concert. Why? Because we have no tickets!!! =D LOL. We wanted to just join the crowd and dissipate into the hall =P

6pm - 6.30pm:

We took a bus to ACJC. And gosh, we spent a stupid half an hour search in the vicinity. Quite strangely, it was like a ghost town, with only a few geeky nerd freaks mugging in the canteen. We 2 idiots walked around and asked for stupid directions to the hall, but with every attempt in asking comes a worrisome answer - Got concert meh? Something was terribly wrong.

After walking through a stupid carpark like space in the JC that was retardedly empty and completely useless because no cars came in to use it, I blew my top and asked J tan to check whether we were in the right Anglo Chinese School. We both just wanted to faint when we discovered the god damn concert was held in another Anglo Chinese School at Newton, what the duck. We ran out of the school like loonatics. I laughed at our idiocracy.

6.30pm - 6.50pm:

Initially wanted to take a taxi, we settled onto taking a bus from ACJC to Buona Vista, in hopes that there will be taxis at the taxi stand there. Hopefully.

6.50pm - 7.05pm:

Stupid us again. Epic fail. We couldnt find a taxi stand at the station. To our relief, we found a taxi lingering around on the other side of the traffic light. Guess what we did next? You betcha. We sprinted across the road to get into the cab. Who gives a shit already, come on..... Admittedly, the taxi driver is stunned lol!!!! XD

JJC Talentime, Anglo Chinese School (Barker Road) Concert Hall

7.05pm - 8.30pm:

We finally reached the right place. J Tan couldnt get hold of Jun Hui so that we can enter the hall through the backstage. I pulled him into the hall and tried to get in without the tickets, but as luck would have it, we were ushered out =(

I didnt care anymore. My mind went raging, and I stormed into backstage to get Jun Hui. Still, the diplomatic me just opened the door, asked a guy in an appallingly gay blue costume to get me my god damn brother. It worked!!! XD

So Jun Hui shoved us through the side doors and told us to sit on the front seats. And we were IN!!! HELL YEA!!! XD No tickets, no talk? F8ck the ticket holders!

We went through the whole concert which was extremely awesome, especially a super handsome guy who sang a really nice song with a great voice. If I were a girl, I would have fallen in love with him lmao. Alas, I'm a normal guy with a heart belonging to somebody liao haha so I'm not gay haha. Tsk tsk.

And to add in, on our way out, we each got a free copy of the JJC vocal finalists CD!!! The handsome guy's song is inside and it was really refreshing. I'll upload it here sometime soon =P Hope this guy doesnt mind. Hes my friend's friend anyway lol!

Took the bus from the school to Bugis and had a crazily full dinner at QQ house. The noodles were great and Q as usual, but the 2 cups of ice milo I ordered bloated my tummy a little. =P Too much for good ol' me apparently lol. I'm tired man, come on. Whats wrong with Milo?

And to add in some good news, our storyboard group (me, Karen, Qi Hui, Sim Yi and Xu Dong) managed to clinch top 3 prizes in the competition!!! =D Which means that we'll each be receiving at least 200 bucks cool hard cash!!! Hallelujah!!! XD

If for some absurd reason, we get 1st prize, I'll have 600 bucks, and I wun mind splurging it on my long awaited Red Queen!!! Oh the beauty....

Because of this, I havent started on the story of the woman i created a few days back. I should keep my focus ahead and start on work.

Today my throat died on me. Went to the doc after a few of my best pals told me to do so. He told me that I have a severe throat infection and I needed to drink sweet water, NOT plain water!!! XD LOL. I could drink H2O, fruit juices and what nots! Even including my fav MILO!!! LMAO.

K, i gotta go sleep soon. 2moro I have a 10am class, but I still gotta tuck in early for a sumptuous breakfast.

Lol. Today, the eggs all came back!!! XD

The rabbit bunnies are all returning and now we can fight them and wipe them all out like theres no 2moro!!! =D I now have 51 eggs, halfway there to catch Jackalope or whatever shit that is!!!

And I managed to reach Black Gold!!!

However, I only had 1 pathetic starseed and my mogas are all wiped out so easily by Black Gold's special zodiac move. Yea, u heard that right, my ghosty, rainbow llama and spidey all got their asses mercilessly kicked by a black dragon. Not easy.

Lol. I spent the entire evening playing this. Now, I'll polish up my 12 figure drawings b4 going to 2moro's lesson. Perhaps I'll design a character or two b4 i sleep. Gosh, I forgot I'm supposed to sleep at 9.30pm cause I wanna sleep 8 hours per day, but I have to wake up at 5.30am in the morn to meet grace at 6.45am.

Reason? Every god damn time in the morning, the train gets insanely packed, its so hard to even manage to put ur hand in. And im not exaggerating. Its the real deal, folks.

Watched Frequency today during VST. Very gripping storyline, loved it so much.

I have to waste a lot of time to get those god damn eggs from those god damn ugly robot bunnies if i wanna complete the quest and catch the ultimate jackrabbit or whatever shit that is lol.

Nah, I'm not trying to install Maya 2011 in to my mac cause the file that I used in school was from maya 2010 and after editing it in 2011 and transferring back here to 2010 again, the file cocked up lmao. I guess its time to change my maya version but then, the first installation failed for some stupid retarded reason. Why?

INSTALLATION FAILED ON EXIT.

My mac is trying to play with my balls. Literally.

And now god damn it, my maya file somehow got corrupted and I have to remodel the stupid old man fart face. Wasting my time... haiz...

Business Plans

Lol. After I typed the blog in the morning, I only modelled the old man face again to the desired outline I wanted, then I went on to play Monster Galaxy zzzzz how unproductive of me.

Thereafter, I met Dennis to watch Limitless and Source Code. Both movies were very good.

However, the highlight of today was when Dennis approached me to ask whether we could business partners for selling imitate clothes from Indonesia. He claims that the shirts, though not the real thing, they feel comfy and can sell for a very low price.

I didnt mind, actually, but when I think of my hectic year ahead, it aint gonna be a breeze, so if I add another problem like this to my mind, my fuse will only blow up sooner.

However, I didnt say no. I wanted to take a look at the products hes having before I make my final decision. He says its nice clothes with eye-catching designs, so I'll take a look on Thurs. Who will say no to money? I need some anyway.

Gotta draw at least a lil b4 i go to sleep at 1am. Today was very sadly wasted off because of stupid games and movies. Let's make up for it!

Big Bang Theory

Was too tired last night for some reason so didnt blog.

I went to Grace's church thingy at her cousin's house. A little weird especially when we were supposed to stand up and sing... in a god damn HDB flat lol. Awkward sia.

The only saving grace was that the games were fun and entertaining as they were frustrating. I couldnt play as the werewolf (or in their context, polar bear D= ) lol, but its very fun to play mind games with people.

Heard some bullcrap from their session, but oh well, its something to laugh about anyway haha.

Today I'll try to do some good stuff, like continue remaking the old man model face, draw some more poses and continue making my female character look good.

I'll prolly blog again tonight commenting on my own progress. Stay tuned =)

Watched Scent of a woman again, with J tan today. I got the right person to watch the movie lol.

J tan, so literal in every speech he makes, manages to somehow interpret Slade's words. Somehow lol. Behind each and every word Slade mentions, there is a deeper meaning underneath it. Its very what sia lol.

He pointed out that Scent Of A Woman was not a very good movie for us animators to study, because its a film meant for audiences to appreciate and go home to think of the meaning and message behind it. Its, harshly put, very difficult for us animators to read deeper because, well, simply put, we arent literature students lol.

Im quite confident with my table now after reassurance from J tan, so, well, I guess its ready to be sent to Mr Yap haha.

I kept thinking of a person the entire day. Its weird. Its been too long since I've felt that feeling, but oh well. Its good to have one lol.

Anyway, 2moro is gonna be an interesting day. Grace told me to go to some weird church thing. We'll see what kind of stuff she has installed for me.

Bad hair day. My scalp is itchy the whole friggin' day.

I was doing some work on VST. Darren and I each borrowed the DVD Scent Of A Woman from the main library, and now I'm done with the homework. All I have to do now is to just go over to J tan's place, let him watch the movie and double check my table, and walah, done.

Today was great. Movie screening again. Got the chance to watch E.T. during Lighting class. Ming Hai kept making me laugh lollolllol.

Wanted to pay money for the Razor mouse, but no time lol, so I can only get my hands on it next time. =/

Its near 2 in the morning. I think I'm gonna sleep soon after Lady Gaga's Judas finishes playing in my headphones.

Portfolio

I'll have to do something like this as time goes by. I'm preparing to draw in the skeletal structure of the pose I intend my character to have, so that I can quickly apply the designs of the character and I'm done.

Its shocking how fast things are going, its alarming. We have to set up our portfolio in like 1 year's time and we'll be off to work in industries where I dun even know where I'm heading. Fingers crossed.

And after I saw steph so focused on her work in an attempt to make her portfolio more solid, I cant help but feel that I must take a step further and do something about it.

For some reason, I feel exceptionally dizzy, so I'm gonna go to sleep now.

Homework's one thing, but if my head's telling me to lie its ass on the pillow, it would be wiser to adhere to its instructions.

Scent Of A Woman

Today's class was surprisingly relaxing. We just had to attend a lesson where we watched a 2 and a half hour movie called "Scent Of A Woman" and its a great movie. Nice.

We had a talk from Sheridan (pardon me if I spelt wrongly) and it was boring lol lol lol. PDP all over again. Nothing on animation, though he mentioned Sheridan was famous for its animation course.

Went back home and slept. I didnt want to go LAN cause I was really tired.

I just finished a stupid note Jackie tagged me in. I'll do it for the sake of finishing it.

I think I'll sleep soon. I'm gotta reach Simei at 6.45 6.50am. Tata!
